This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. It is run by incompetent morons who don’t have a clue what the term customer service means. If you put together all of their employees heads, it still wouldn’t total up to even 1 brain. They steal money from clients and are full of empty promises. I have to say I’m thrilled that my company switched to Callipay. No more headaches! Hallelujah and be ready to go down the tubes Echo!

I actually thought Echo was pretty decent Intuit now owns my merchant service account which was Echo. Last week 1 hr on hold and no pickup from them. Today I’ve been on hold 1 hr so I’m pissed too. Elevator music and no indication anyone cares. Not even an option to go to the terminal support dept which I’m sure would be totally done helpng me if they knew I was on hold so nonCS could ask me what dept I need and transfer me – in 5 seconds. wtf Intuit -I’m done with Intuit. You are much worse then Echo ever was.
