It is run by incompetent morons who don't have a clue what the term customer service means. If you put together all of their employees heads, it still wouldn't total up to even 1 brain. They steal money from clients and are full of empty promises. I have to say I'm thrilled that my company switched to Callipay. No more headaches! Hallelujah and be ready to go down the tubes Echo!
